I'm Jordan Kelly. I started Kelly Consulting LLC to help businesses and homeowners make better technology decisions—and have someone who can actually put the plan into action.

My background includes supporting complex business IT environments: Windows and Linux servers, virtual machines, networking and VPNs, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, monitoring, backups and recovery. I enjoy digging into difficult problems, but I care just as much about leaving a system understandable and maintainable.
I work directly with clients to define the problem, explain the tradeoffs, plan the right scope, and communicate clearly from beginning to end. I focus on project work and scheduled support, rather than promising an always-on help desk.
